HIGHLIGHTS:If you are looking for a unique southern eating experience, then this is it! Everything has been done for you and the pot is perfectly layered so you only need to pour in some wine or beer and cook per label instructions. Seasoned with Bayou Boil Dry Seasoning of celery salt, red pepper, black pepper, paprika and other spices. (Allergens: Milk, Crustacean)
1) Add 2.5 cups of room temperature liquid of choice, This can be beer, wine, seasoned water or combination of any. Remove Pressure Vent sticker from the lid (allows steam to flow out) 2) Re-secure top and place on high gas stovetop for 35-40 minutes. You will know it is done when you see some steam coming out of the top, seafood is bright red, and the butter is fully melted (note: add 12 additional minutes for electric stovetop). 3) Serve and Garnish We recommend pouring the pot onto a large platter or serving bowl. Garnish with fresh lemon and our baguettes. The empty pot makes a great bowl for discarded shells. *Additional NotesItem has a shelf life of 5 days. For weekend use, we suggest ordering before 11AM EST on Wednesday so that it is received at your door by Thursday. The crate comes insulated. If you do not have room in your refrigerator, you can add ice to the insulation. Can may dent in transit but will not affect contents or product. *Adding Additional Seafood You may add 3 more LBS in total of additional crawfish. This limit cannot be exceeded as it will not fit in the pot. However, you are welcome to buy as many pots as you like.
