Could this be the finest vinegar in the world? Named for the temperature at which the grapes are picked. Made from the sweet raisins of hand-picked and air-dried Riesling grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully laid out to dry naturally for months. The resulting raisins are pressed for the little amount of sweet juice inside. Next, vinegar is made in the traditional method, slow and temperature regulated to retain all the delicious flavours and aromas of the Riesling grapes. Bottle and oak aged for several years.
