Our sous vide lamb shank has been cooked in it's own vacuum pouch at an extremely low temperature for 14hrs.  The end result is something remarkable.  As far as cooking, you simply add the bag into boiling water, cook for 10 minutes and plate.   (Portion:  (1) 20-22oz Single Piece)
