This WHOLE Craft Smoked Swedish Boneless Ham is the centerpiece of this crate. It has been cured & smoked to perfection so it’s easy to prepare. All it takes is a glazing and some baking time.  (Ham Portion:  7-8 LB Average - Serves 8 -10+)

ORDER IN ADVANCE INSTRUCTION:
We suggest this as a pre-order item while supplies last.  It is important to add all additional items to this order before checkout.  Pre-orders will be accepted now until March, 29th.  Orders will ship out between 03/30 - 04/01 depending on destination.  All products are packaged to remain fresh or frozen up until day of serving.  Detailed preparation instruction is included on packaging.

At the end of checkout you will see a text box 'ADD GIFT NOTE OR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS').  At this point you may request a ship date no later than February 3rd.  Allow for up to 2 days delivery.

    Directions:  Item arrives pre-smoked fully cooked.  Follow glazing instructions on packaging and bake to complete heating process

    GLAZE NOT INCLUDED: Combine all ingredients. Place ham on rack in a roasting pan, add water to cover bottom of pan and roast in a 325 degrees Fahrenheit oven 12 minutes per lb. Then remove the rind by loosening with a sharp knife and lifting off gently, leaving smooth white fat. Score the fat diagonally to form diamonds. Place a whole clove in the center of each diamond. Spread the glaze over the ham covering the fat. Return the ham to a 425 degrees Fahrenheit oven and allow the glaze to brown – approximately 15 to 20 minutes, basting once or twice.
