Ingredients: Turkey, Herbs, SpicesTurkey Directions: Heat conventional oven to 350°F. Remove the thawed turkey and any liquid from the vacuum packaged bag and place it into an oven safe roasting pan. If you do not have a roasting pan, remove the Turkey from the vacuum packaged bag and place it into an oven safe pan that has at least 2" sides. Add 1.5 cups of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan tightly with the proper lid or with aluminum foil and place it on the center track in the oven. Re heat for 40-45min, covered. Carefully baste the turkey every 15 minutes with the liquid in the pan. Keep the turkey covered for entire re-heating Keep the turkey covered for the entire re-heating (optionally, remove cover and crisp up skin at a 425 for 10 minutes). Remove the turkey from the oven and allow to rest covered for 10 minutes. Baste the turkey a few times during the resting period. Slice and serve.
