24 hour marinated short rib is then slow braised for 8 hours in traditional and delicious Korean soy glaze called "bulgogi."  The meat is then cubed and spaced with fresh green onion, re-glazed in the bulgogi making an unmistakably authentic presentation. (Portion: 8 Pieces).

Directions: Bake 350F 6-8 Minutes to internal temperature of 165F and desired color & texture
