Directions:
The fresh meat has been flash frozen to preserve freshness. This item can be frozen for up to 8 months but we suggest eating within 5 days of receipt from thaw. Item ships fully frozen or partially thawed in transit. If you wish to consume immediately, allow your meat to fully thaw for 24hrs in refrigerator or run sealed bag under cold water for 30mins.
Serving:

Soften butter until easily spreadable.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Using a spatula or a knife, swipe both sides of the bun with a thin layer of softened butter.

Place rolls in skillet and toast each side until golden (about 30 seconds on each side).

Mix lobster meat with mayo or optionally swipe mayo inside the buns.

Fill rolls with 2.5-4 ounces of lobster meat. Optionally serve with melted butter and lemon on each side.

Eat! Lobster rolls are best enjoyed when warm with crispy butter-charred rolls. You can optionally serve with mac and cheese and chips as a great side.
