We have taken some incredibly painstaking steps to make this one of the most pristine, tender and amazing seafood products you will ever eat. 

We begin with the best quality extra large wild Spanish "Pulpo" from the Mediterranean waters of Spain.  It is season-boiled for 60+ minutes in a mixture of fresh lemon, white wine, water, garlic, peppercorn and sea salt.  

We then clean all of the dark collagen, season with Spanish olive oil and grill to perfection.  From there we pack it with fresh olive oil so that you can experience one of the most amazing seafood products available to you.  Try adding Gigande Beans and Chorizo to make an authentic combination plate. (Portion:  8oz makes an excellent appetizer for 2-3)
