HIGHLIGHTS:
All meats are hardwood smoked by our pit master for hours upon hours using select custom woods.  Nearly all of this crate is gluten free and the mac and cheese is a sure standout as we utilize one of New England's finest 16 month cave aged cheddar cheeses.   The corn bread is unique because we fire roast fresh corn to mix in our batter.  The pickles make a refreshing compliment and are a great refreshing way to break up the meal or add to your rolls for a terrific sandwich. To top it all off, we've included two spectacular bbq sauces.

1) Packaging
Meat items arrive in cryovac bags and can be eaten right away or stored and frozen for future use.  Mac and cheese and cornbread arrive in ready-to-bake oven safe trays.

Great on the grill or in the oven. In fact, we prefer the ribs to be cooked in the over, but the choice is yours!

*Additional Notes
Items are shipped to you fresh. We suggest using within 7 days of receipt or freezing. If you have a weekend event, order Wednesday by 11AM EST for Thursday delivery. The crate comes insulated. If you do not have room in your refrigerator, you can add ice to the insulation and it will remain cold as long as you keep adding ice.
