This fresh made to order twist on clam chowder is made with hickory smoked mussels and fresh harvest corn and our traditional clam chowder. We slow smoke a combination of local and New Zealand mussels in hickory. The result is a spectacular taste bud journey to experience some of the best flavors in food.
